From the operating room to the codebase

Before founding Seras V Designs, I served as a combat medic, then spent years in the operating room — first as a surgical technologist, then as a first assist, and later as a medical device representative working directly with surgeons and hospital staff. That range teaches you to think several steps ahead, communicate precisely under pressure, and build workflows that don’t fail when it counts.

I now work as a software product manager, and I bring that same clinical and operational discipline to every project here. Every build starts with a clear understanding of what’s actually needed — not just what’s asked for — and is treated like something that has to hold up under real-world conditions, not just a demo environment.
